To help you live a healthier and happier life

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or just to live to 100 years, tracking and correctly balancing all the aspects of your health is the only way to make that happen.

Built in trackers like Places and Mood, combined with new devices like Apple Watch and Oura, have made it easy to collect and view health data across many aspects of your life like steps, meditation, workouts, sleep and more.

As terabytes of this data pile up, and get split up across dozens of apps, making sense of it all and finding value becomes increasingly difficult. Now that tracking is mostly solved and hundreds of thousands of data points are generated each day, the new challenge is understanding what it all means and making the correct changes to your habits based on your data.

A way to easily do that hasn’t existed, until now.

The new Health tab in Gyroscope has been completely redesigned to show you the exact status of your body. At the top, your report card will show the things to change to improve your Health Score, and the things you’re doing well already. It’s much simpler and powerful than before.

We’ve also made it quite strict and realistic, so it is very possible for you to be getting an F in something. Much of our team was getting an F in steps or sleep until we built this. The good news is once you know, you can easily change that in a few days.

As you make changes to how much you walk, work out or meditate, you’ll be able to see at a glance how your grades are changing, how that affects your weight, and which aspects of your health are already great.

We’ll be continuing to add details and more insights to each section to show you exactly what needs to be done to maintain and improve your score.

History & Tools

Below your new health report, you’ll be able to access all the Pro tools and graphs that you’ve been used to checking — like the Vault to manage your privacy, the Trends view to see graphs of all your data, logging of symptoms and blood levels, and all of your older annual reports to see your data from over the years.

All of these features are available for Pro members in the latest update.
